This privacy policy defines and provides information regarding the manner in which Staphyt uses and protects information that you send us, if applicable, when you use one of the websites accessible via the following URL links: www.staphyt.com, www.phytnet.com (hereinafter the “Website”).
Please note that this privacy policy may be modified or completed at any time by Staphyt, in particular with the aim of complying with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological changes. In such a case, the date of the update shall be clearly identified at the top of this policy.
- The User is an authenticated person, via a login & password access; it may be a pseudonym. Passwords are saved in an encrypted manner. In this case, the user is informed as soon as they are connected that the privacy policy has been updated: the User is invited, via an online menu, to read and accept it. A refusal to accept the policy means that the User no longer wishes to use the online services proposed by Staphyt.
- If the User is not an authenticated person, he/she is concisely informed every time he/she accesses the Website about Staphyt’s policy in terms of managing cookies, as well as about our safety and privacy policy. I. PERSONAL DATA
Staphyt may, in certain cases, have to ask you to provide your surname, first name, email address, telephone number, company and position (hereinafter “Personal Information”). By providing this information, you expressly agree that it shall be processed by Staphyt, for the purposes outlined in point 2 below, as well as for the purposes recalled at the end of each form.
It is however possible to access Staphyt’s Website without providing any personal information. In this case, you will not be able to benefit from certain services offered.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation adopted by the European parliament on 14th April 2016, and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6th January 1978, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, Staphyt informs you of the following points:

2. Processing purposes
Staphyt may process your Personal Information:

(c) in order to be able to contact you in the context of marketing and communication operations or about different events related to Staphyt; and/or
(d) in order to be able to send satisfaction surveys and marketing studies; and/or

3. Recipients
No personal information shall be communicated to a third-party, except:
(a) to sub-contractors called upon by Staphyt; you’ll find further information about these sub-contractors in point 7 of this document. Neither Staphyt nor any of its sub-contractors shall proceed to commercialise the personal data received from visitors or Users of its Website, without having received your prior consent.
(b) when the disclosure of this information is required by law, by court order or by order of any other administrative or judicial authority authorised to have access to this information.
4. Length of time
Your Personal Information shall only be kept by Staphyt for the time corresponding to the purpose of gathering information as mentioned in point 2 above.

- Data access and communication rights
You may access your Personal Information.
However, due to the security and confidentiality requirements when processing personal data incumbent upon Staphyt, you are informed that your request shall be processed provided that you have proof of your identity, in particular by providing a scan of your valid identity document (in the event of a request by email) or a signed photocopy of your valid identity document (in the event of a request sent in writing).
Staphyt informs you that it is entitled to, where necessary, object to obviously unreasonable requests (given their number, or repetitive or systematic nature).
- Right to rectify data
In accordance with this right, the legislation authorises you to request the correction, update, locking or even the deletion of your data which may prove to be, if appropriate, inexact, incorrect, incomplete or obsolete.
Equally, you may define the general and specific directives relating to the fate of personal data after your death. Where necessary, the heirs of a deceased person may demand that the death of their loved one be taken into account and/or that the necessary updates be carried out.
- Right to object
Exercising this right is only possible in one of the two following situations:
- When exercising this right is based on legitimate reasons; or
- When exercising this right aims to prevent these gathered data being used for commercial prospecting purposes.
6. Response deadlines
Staphyt undertakes to respond to your access, rectification or opposition request or any other request for further information within a reasonable time frame, which shall not exceed 1 month from the receipt of your request.
7. Authorised service providers
Staphyt informs you that it may use authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of data that you have sent us. Staphyt previously ensures that adequate guarantees and compliance with strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, usage and data protection are implemented regarding its service providers.
II. POLICY RELATING TO COOKIES

1. General information about the cookies present on Staphyt’s website
