Analytical chemistry

State-of-the-art equipment and skills for interpretation of results

Analytical monitoring of a pure or mixed substance is an essential step in performing physicochemical or ecotoxicological tests. To perform the tests under ideal conditions, the Staphyt laboratory analytical platform has equipment capable of monitoring organic or ionizable substances in matrices such as water, solvent extracts, effluents, biological liquids, air, soil, sediments and other animal and vegetable matrices.

Our analytical suite includes:

  • LC-HRMS,
  • LC-MS/MS,
  • LC-UV-RI-ELSD,
  • GC-MS/MS, ion chromatography, visible UV spectrometry, IV spectroscopy.

Combining our areas of expertise (Ecotoxicology and environmental fate, Physicochemical properties) and the capabilities of our analytical platform, Staphyt proposes a complete and powerful tool to assist you in your registration dossier or in your research and development process.

  • SANCO 3030/99 rev.5 (22 Mar. 2019): Technical Active Substance and Plant protection products: Guidance for generating and reporting methods of analysis in support of pre- and post-registration data requirements for Annex (Section 4) of Regulation (EU) No 283/2013 and Annex (Section 5) of Regulation (EU) No 284/2013.
  • SANTE/2020/12830: Guidance Document on Pesticide Analytical Methods for Risk Assessment and Post-approval Control and Monitoring Purposes. Supersedes Guidance Documents SANCO/3029/99 and SANCO/825/00
  • NF T 90-210 (NOVEMBRO 2018) : Water quality — Initial evaluation protocol of the performances of a method in the laboratory
  • SANTE/12682/2019 (24 Feb. 2021): Analytical quality control and method validation procedures for pesticide residues analysis in food and feed
  • Internally Developed Methods – On request.
  • Search for specific markers of a substance in a biocontrol product.
  • Screening of various substances and metabolites (qualification and quantification) in biological matrices (biofluids, biota…).
  • Monitoring of organic substances in environmental matrices (water, sediment, soil and air).

Test, screen and evaluate efficiently thanks to our deep expertise and state-of-the-art equipment.
