Physiology and plant nutrition

From ground to leaf

The researchers are focused on understanding the role of leaf nutrition and soil fertility in the productivity of agricultural crops, making it possible to contribute to a more assertive management of nutrients in the soil and in plant nutrition.
Our team has a high level of expertise in handling and testing, under controlled conditions of plant protection products (inoculants, biostimulants, nutrient mobilizers)

Tests under a controlled environment can precisely evaluate the effect of products on their best positioning, number and time of application, quantification, nutrients proportion and quality of formulation on development parameters and yield, helping to develop better solutions and value propositions in plant nutrition.

Development of solutions in overcoming abiotic stress is quite difficult to be carried out in field conditions, under natural occurrence of climatic restrictions. Tests under a controlled environment can precisely simulate stress factors (temperature, heat, light, water availability and salt concentration in soil, among others) in different phases of plant growth for biologicals and other compounds.

Test, screen and evaluate efficiently thanks to our deep expertise and state-of-the-art equipment.
