Staphyt’s services in Brazil include support for genetic improvement, through phenotyping and performance evaluation of breeding lines or cultivars. In addition, we conduct tests to evaluate the effectiveness of seed treatments with chemical, biological or inoculant products.

Cultivars performance

We are able to test breeding lines and cultivars for disease susceptibility and plant performance under natural environmental conditions, Phenotyping conventional or GMO cultivars.

Seed treatment performance

We are testing the effect of seed treatments on plant response (emergence, vigour, sanitary, insect control) under natural environments with or without artificial infestation/inoculation.
