Staphyt is pleased to announce the integration of the 3 subsidiaries of Héliantis Group, a French company renowned for its expertise in agricultural seed testing and production. The subsidiaries are located in the Rhône Alpes, Occitanie and Atlantique Vendée regions of France.

This acquisition strengthens our position as European leader in this sector and demonstrates our commitment to provide first-rate agronomic research services to our clients.

This strategic step in the development of the Staphyt Group reinforces our expertise and our range of services dedicated to seeds, adding new services such as seed production.

By combining our respective skills in seeds experimentation, we will continue to support our clients in the development and marketing of their products, offering them innovative and sustainable solutions.

Our range of services:

  • Diseases trials
  • Abiotic stress trials: frost, drought, nitrogen, hydric…
  • Density trials
  • Seeds multiplication
  • Seed treatment trials

A strong network in Europe, with Staphyt Seed Units and Seeds partners:

In order to guarantee and maintain the excellence of the service provided to our clients, the Héliantis Groupe‘s experimental units will continue to be run by the current owners on behalf of Staphyt, in particular the Neyron brothers at the Saint-Paul-Lès-Romans station (Drôme, France).

This acquisition will increase Staphyt’s varietal experimentation capabilities in France, with 2 new locations and an existing partner station becoming a Staphyt unit. This brings the total in Europe to 25 stations and more than 300 000 microplots.

Rhône-Alpes Station

Oriented on the production of field crops, covering 106ha of irrigable land. This station will still be managed by Joris Roux.
