The BPL and BPE studies in winemaking are underway!

The Staphyt Agro-Food processing Laboratory just started the2026 study campaign dedicated to winemaking.

Our activities focus on two main areas:
– Assessing the unintended effects of plant protection products on processing methods and the organoleptic characteristics of the finished products.
– Residue studies, aimed at better characterizing the fate of substances throughout the transformation process.

These studies provide reliable scientific data on the behavior of plant protection products throughout the transformation process, up to the finished product.

A new campaign starting with exciting projects and numerous trials ahead!
